Being a practical person I never thought I would need any kind of fire awareness training, but having run through the programme, I found it to be surprisingly informative. Also, I thought the format of the training was good in terms of information delivery and keeping things moving.

very useful but computer training is a strain on my eyes

The infomation was informative and not condescending making it interesting rather than boring and mundane. Questions at the end of each section keep you focused and ready for the main test.

would be a great treatment for an insomniac

The information presented for the training will allow me to have confidence in what to do if a fire occurs

easy to operate, easy to understand and the dvd covers all aspects of fire training really well, good value for money training.

Good use of varied methods of learning. Helped to make course interetsing and enjoyable.

Helpful but it is not particularly ideal that sound is required in order to undertake this training. I don't have easy access to headphones and it is not appropriate that I have the sound on my monitor turned up.

The programme was easy to follow and very informative; I would just have liked a pause on individual slides so I could take a few notes before moving on, not a problem though as they are short enough to restart and no harm in covering information twice. Still gets 10/10 from me.
