Very good and easy to understand.
I liked the format of the course and the narrative was easy to understand and listen to. I also found the course very informative and it made you very aware how serious fire can be.

Please cut out superfluous information and keep questions more relavent - This training program could be kept shorter and still just as effective. Time is short for many of use these days!
