The content level was well judged. enough information without being simplistic. The audio was very quiet on this particular computer, even at 'full' volume. I did not have access to headphones and had to resort to subtitles for some parts.

Clear information. i was confused as to why one of the test questions was on percentage of businesses that close following a fire and think more emphasis should be on the extiguishers and their use.

Great use of audio visual material (videos & graphics). Presenter delivers in clear and concise manner making the material easy to follow. My one bug bear is the length of the section of Extinguishers, but I understand this is necessary due to the many different types available!All in all, it is certainly one of the better on-line training sessions that I have to regularly qualify in 😊

Very well done and on point. As someone who has had extensive fire safety training, I found the course very informative and instructive to even the most basic of laymen without any prior training or experience.

In summary, I found the training programme, to be really informative and interactive. I liked that each screen was colourful and that the areas of importance was in bold to ensure that they were not missed. I would recommend this training programme.
