No access to sound made it bad

Without sound, I was reading the subtitles but couldn't read them and watch the video / animation at the same time. So sometimes the animation was changing but I had no idea what it was showing by that. Also the animation sometimes wouldn't change for 10 seconds, which was really annoying waiting for it to do something. (I'm guessing there was probably narration happening at the time). I did like the animation to show what was meant, e.g. showing convection / radiation though. When trying to exit the application at the end, it made me laugh that it asked if I was sure I wanted to close it but clicking on Yes did nothing. I just closed it in the end.

This was a good way of learning and very detailed

well laid out

Have to do the test for work. Not the most exciting thing ive ever done but it has to be done. It was laid out in a simple, easy to understand manner.

Some of information was new.

There was a lot covered and I would like to revisit it just for fuller coverage. .

awarenes

very helpful on understanding the risks & preventions of how fires start

It was not too technical.

As a basic programme in fire awareness, this worked well. It emphasised the seriousness of the content, without being too frightening. It made me look around my workplace and notice the fire extinguishers, signs and potential hazards. It was useful to see video of someone using the equipment. However, no online course can replace actual practice with the equipment.
