The training module works very well as it provides a good combination of theory and pratical advice.

informative and easy to use. helpful refresher

This was a very good course. I do think however that the test questions should be more focused on questions such as signage etc. which would help on a practical fire safety level. Questions such as the one which asks about the % of fires caused by arson are interesting facts but not really relevant to the rules of fie safety.

I found this programme very thorough and informative. It explained everything in great detail.

Clear, visible and full of not so easy information, but necessary to know and keep always in mind (independently from the place - office, home, hotel, warehouse, shop etc.) All this knowledge shall be repeated by us regularly, just to always be sure how to prevent fire, how to break fire recognizing firstly the source and type of fire, then extinguisher to be used (how they differ in look, in way and reason of use). I liked this simple but very important to keeping in mind - triangle or even tetrahedron of fire, what does build the fire, how to break this triangle to put fire out. Thank you!

Much better health and safety training than I have receieved at any previous companies!

Very beneficial. The programme covered all subjects clearly and left out the waffle that you don't need to know. Not too long or short.

Basic, no nonsense course very good.
