Spent the whole time reading the subtitles because the words did not sync with the pictures. It was very frustrating.

I leant a great deal from this online course which may well have saved my life. It was simple and easy to follow.
All the information that is required is included, in a simple enough manner for the vast majority of people to grasp without any difficulties.
It was a good course to do as it taught me stuff that I didn't know, despite previous training. Even more interactivity would have been better with more questions in each section.
The training programme is very user friendly. It provided Fire Safety Awareness using a concise and easy to follow approach. The video simulations were particularly good in aiding understanding.
I liked the guys presentation, mixture of styles and videos and took notes this time round which helped to cement the learning.
The Fire Awareness training was well presented with good detailed information on what to do in the event of a fire. It was well broken-up into different sections including video's, audio and interactive activities which helped to retain the information provided.
