Very informative, clear and easy to understand.

The programme is well-paced, and easy to follow. There is some repetition, to reinforce the new information, which is good, together with test questions throughout the programme and at the end. An online programme cannot be as effective as face-to-face training and practical experimentation, and some of the information learned may not be retained for long. However, online training is economical, practical and much better than no training at all!

An excellent way to give staff the information needed to understand fires and how they can 1. start and 2. be prevented and also how to tackle them when it is safe to do so.

I found the course easy and quick, though I couldn't find how to switch on the subtitles.

The unit brought me up todate with some of the new requirements regarding fire awareness training. Well done for a well laid out and presented training package.

Many webinars are rather dull, but this was both informative and interesting.
