This was a very clear and easy to follow training. It was a good refresher and filled in a few gaps in my knowledge. Very well laid out and not to time consuming. I was able to complete this at my desk in my office. I would recommend it, and use again. Thank you

The training was not too extensive and there were good visual aids to back up the verbal/written training. The one downside was that the connection dropped out a couple of times (but I was able to resume) and on the test, I had to click the answer several times (maybe 10) to get it to highlight and accept the answer! But overall, a good way of doing a training course.

Very good once you know how but not all staff are computer literate.

The training was accessible and gave me some information I wasn't aware of. Some of the information seemed quite technical and not useful for day to day fire safety but was still interesting.

Videos and images didn't work and this made it difficult to complete the test questions that required you to watch a video and say what was done incorrectly.

Informative, and easy to understand

the programme is structured in manageable chunks that you can resume if it cannot be completed in one go.

Although the trianing takes a while to complete it is very comprehensive and educational.
