Very easy to follow, clear and concise.

Clear and concise direction of subject good use of video and linked graphics.

Good use of images and written information, presented clearly and in simple language.

The message was communicated effectively, graphics were good and my attention was suitably seized. However, the menu system was a bit lumpy and playback a bit fragmented - some videos were only a few seconds long. While the videos were loading this created a bit of a time lag meaning going back and forward to review bits missed was a bit frustrating.

The videos and structure kept my attention and I recognised that I wasn't up to date with the most affective procedures.

My only problem with the course is that at certain times of the day it was interrupted because, I guess, from our lack of bandwidth in North Yorkshire..Otherwise the course helped to fill important gaps in my knowlege.

A very clear and simple programme to use, I liked the questions at end of each session as a practice. Great that you have opportunity to re take test.

Easy to use and the videos help to demonstrate the rights and wrongs.
