The training was ok but contained a great deal of information which was difficult to try to remember it all. Important issues such as colour coding of fire extinguishers and what type of fire they were used for were too brief and not enough time was spent in giving the learner an opportunity to learn and remember this - which was probably the most important part.

Could be a bit shorter

As above, I found it to be a very good training programme.

The Fires Awareness online product was easy to read, I love the idea of subtitles. it is great if you are working in a quiet area or if you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

Needs to b classroom based

The system is clear and easy to follow, with frequent checks to be sure you've understood. The test is sufficiently difficult to check you know the basics. Really good to look at the implications of fire as well as simply how to deal with it.

The course covered a range of issues such as signs, extinguishers and types of fire. It was very convenient as I was able to stop and start the training and so complete it at my convenience and at my own pace. It was nice to be able to repeat individual sections where there was more detail.

This was a informative and helpful course . I liked that it used video, as well as audio and visuals to illustrate its points and it will definitely help me make an informed decision in the event of an emergency.

Good training programme, unfortunately I had to restart the training session several times due to programme crash down.
