broke down the various areas that needed to be coverd into bite sized chunks. there was suffcient detail to keep me interested and not to much to overload me.

I found the programme informative and simple to complete while providing enough information to enable me to understand what to do in a fire situation. There are a small number of grammatical errors in the text which are a little frustrating.

Excellent use of video, pictures, commentray and summery - created for all learning types.

I loved the fact that the training was modern and relevant. It was enjoyable to go through and really drilled in the importance of what was being taught. There was loads to take in!

some very useful information gained

The course was comprehensive and easy to understand with all the major hazards included. There was some degree of overlap with the Fire Warden course, but this wasn't a drawback. It made me feel more confident of being able to act in the correct manner in the event of a fire at my workplace.
