Brilliant, everyone should learn about it.

CLEAR INFORMATION, ENOUGH DETAIL, WITHOUT GETTING TOO TECHNICAL

The main narrator's voice was very clear but the fire officer's speech impediment was distracting. When describing the types of extinguisher, and referring back to type A, type B fires etc, you could take the opportunity to include a reminder of what each type of fire is, rather than assuming the student has learn that the first time.

The training information is obviously very important but I found the programme quite difficult to use e.g the spot the hazards section where I couldn't click on the required number of hazards in each room. There was also a lot information contained in one training programme e.g. the various types of fire extinguisher and the types of material where they could be used. Might it be easier if the programme could be divided in to separate training courses such as the fire safety procedures then more technical information on causes of fire and how to tackle it?

A modern way of teaching with a fresh approach, I passed with 100% and my score says it all.

Have a grasp of most of this as I have done Fire-fighting a few years ago, but see the colours of the extinguisher's have all changed. Thank you.

I'm very impressed with this training programe, well laid out, very informative and it gives you the opportunity to take a test on what you have read at the end to make sure you have actually learnt. All round a great short course. I wish all training programmes were this good.

Very informative and much required knowledge provided

The training programme presents the important information in an excellent way, building the receivers knowledge steadily by a mixture of visual and audible messages, maintaining concentration with both the presentation method, and the expected end of section tests.

Clear and concise, well presented and enjoyable to do. I would have liked a paper booklet for future reference to remind me of technical details.
