Doing the training programme in this way means you can focus easier that in a room with lots of other people, you can complete it at your own speed. The volume can be adjusted to your own level - useful if you're hard of hearing. The only problem I found was that the certificate wouldn't print!

Excellent training programme, easy to follow

Extremely easy to use and well presented which made remembering the subject easier.

The course delivers the basic fire awareness that people need in a simple and flowing process. It is easy to understand, although some of the questions can be slightly ambiguous. As the course is flexible and does not require it to be completed in one go, it is ideal for shiftworkers and for those in operations departments who may have to leave the course at any time. Overall the course is pitched at the right level to cover all staff and give a basic awareness of fire safety.

A very comprehensive course, not too long and very clear.

Whilst the content is as previously performed, the importance of the message and the friendly and concise delivery did not make this a chore. the training was informative and is a "must-have" refresher. I hope to share the topics at home with my family too. Thank you.

This is the clearest and most comprehensive fire safety training I have completed.

Good informative training though there had been no additions made since last year. Have there been zero improvements to the legislation or Pall's policy during this time?

Straight forward and easy to work through, the tests at the end of each section were helpful before completing the overall test.
