Enjoyed participating in this training programme. Good all round information, logical explanations and reasoning. Test questions cause you to evaluate if you have understood the programme at that point and give you the opportunity of review if unsure. An important reminder to assess your own competency in the understanding of the correct procedures in the event of a fire, enabling safe practice and an informed response to what is a potentially dangerous scenario, safeguarding both yourself and colleagues.

Useful information, well presented

The videos kept freezing for long periods of time. The content seemed rushed yet dull. On one slide I was told that my answer was wrong, two slides later the answer I had given was stated as a fact. In my role I believe my priority is to raise the alarm and assist in evacuation - this training seems to imply that my focus should be on classifying and tackling a fire - I am now confused.

Very easy to use and full of as much information as a full day course, although I feel handling a fire extinguisher can sometimes be of great assistance too.

It was very straight forward easy to understand and the subtitles was a good help.

Gives a broad overview of what to do/how to tackle fires. Unfortunately it is not as effective as hands on training

I found the course useful and learnt a lot from it.

Think would of learnt more off could see and answer the questions better

l really enjoyed it because now I have knowledge about fire Awareness and it is very important for me.
