Covered everything needed, would be better if the program offered video/audio OR stills/text - working away from the office on a slow connection is very frustrating, as the video takes some time to download

Useful information but not exactly 'fun' to do
A good mixture of video/ text/ visual used in the training.
Looks friendlier than other online training suites and helped engage me, usally I skip though them and use common knowledge to get me the certificate, however this I actually listend and learned.
The combination of both visual and written training materials works very well. The programme is very informative and tells you exactly what you need to be aware of in the workplace without being too long and time consuming.Just what we were looking for to meet our training requirements.
Was hard to follow due to screen freezing and the swirler coming on due to buffering. It was nothing to do with our internet connection - over 40Mbs.
