I feel that I wouldn't be confident to operate a fire extinguisher. I think there should be mandatory training for employees to access this training
Overall, the information was well presented in a controlled manner. It told me things I was unaware of, and how to deal with various situations, many of which could be life threatening.
Mixture of knowledge and practical on line, good package
