Helped refresh my knowledge of which ectinquishers to use on which types of fire.

Found the explanation of the classes of fires and extinguishers clear - this can be confusing if not familiar with fire safety. The information given helped make the test easier to follow and complete at the end..

It is a lot of information. However, well covered and I liked the questions thrown in, between sections. I think for me the most difficult bit was going to be the fire extinguishers - to remember which class was which materials, and which fire extinguisher to use and what the labels mean, and which fire you must never use it on! But, I've taken a copy of that page for future reference. On the Warehouse/Office scenes I did not realise at first that you can move across/up/down the screen - I thought what was on the screen was all there was to it!

Training is incredibly thorough, I understand that the early stages need to be detailed but very time consuming.

The section tests were helpful to make sure you understood the chapter, before you took the main test at the end. Nice clear illustrations made it easy to understand the instructions.

It was straightforward and easy to under stand .It is very useful to know and could be a lifesaver. I think the course ran for the right length of time. The questions were not too daunting and it tested knowledge as the course progressed.

Good use of pictures, videos and wording

very interesting and informative. Useful to know in the event of a fire including ways of preventing a fire and what to do in the event of a fire.
