Although the information is very important and I certainly learnt a great deal about how fire/smoke travels through buildings etc I would not consider fighting a fire on my own ! My first priority would be to get out.
Everybody should have do the test like a refresher.
I've been in security for over twenty years and done various fire training programmes and my impression is that this is quite comprehensive as an online programme. It covers quite a wide area especially signage and the markings on estinguishers without neglecting the practical side. The questions and test are not a pushover either so all in all think it was a good programme.
