The program contained a lot of information, however it was done is an easy to follow and understand syle.
The training package is clear and precise and allows you to proceed at a comfortable pace.

Nice clear course, quite interesting and explained the topics well. Did seem to take rather a long time, and I'd prefer fewer but longer videos.
very interesting programme, easy to undrstand
I found this very beneficial.I did get asked a question about what did the fireman do wrong and the answer was hold the hose but no where in the trainging was it stated hw to correctly hold a fire extinguisher that I recall.
