Very informative and helpful

Enjoyed taking the test.

This training was very useful and gave furhter isight into fire awareness. It helped me to udnerstand why you shloulod always use the correct extingisher and why these should be checked on a regular basis.

The programme was straight forward to understand and very comprehensive.

I found this a very user friendly training programme. Everything was clear and concise and navigation through the programme was clearly defined.

Good content throughout, clearly explained. However, a problem existed whereby sections were repeated, e.g. the first section of every item was repeated as it didn't seem to initially register that it was the first section.

I ran into technical problems. Within the DofE Cloud, I was unable to turn on the sound. From outside the cloud this worked for a while but at on point the videos were unavailable and the message "Can not load M3U8" appeared. I preserved and was able the resume the course later on.

I am pleased to take this training session annually as it a great refresher.
