Easy to follow and navigate

This was a simple programme very informative and easy to follow. Not long winded and boring as some can be.

This was very frustrating to do and to learn as the system kept crashing on me all the time. The system eventually let me in today as I had made numerours attempts to gain access over the month of November, but it just would not work. I wanted to re do the test again but I could not face the process again.

I enjoyed doing the training. It was good and I have learned a lot.

All the information was relevant and presented in an interesting and informative way. However, when I ran the program (December 1) many of the video presentations did not work and I had to read the subtitles instead. Overall excellent and highly recommendable.

Only frustration was that subtitles box disappeared half-way through the course, so I just used common sense to work out what was being conveyed in the videos.

Excellent Training

less videos as some companies haven't got the best internet or the computers to keep up with all the constant loading took three times longer to complete test than it would without all the pointless videos. Can be a lot ..... lot better .

I found this training very helpful and easy to follow the guides and instructions .
