Very interesting and easy to understand

I thought the Fire Awareness programme was very informative and interesting. I learnt alot about the different classes of fire and which extinguisher would be applicable.

It is easy to become complacent of risk in the modern, generally safe workplace. This programme is a good reminder that things can go wrong, and of the required steps in the event of it actually going wrong.

This programme gave me a good clear overview of the basics I need in the workplace. The video clips and graphic summaries were very helpful. Being able to use the subtitles was ideal in our busy office. I found the option to go back and review a section particularly useful when I had to cope with interruptions from colleagues.

An easy to understand but informative and effective presentation a good alternative to classroom training. The knowledge test did have 2 or 3 questions n regards to convection, conduction and nature of fire which can be confusing or misleading to understand for some persons to remember, therefore are these questions needed. Most people take in the triangle of fire, signage, hazards, emergencies and fire extinguishers as they have general knowledge and understanding of this which the presentation and test covered well to ensure understanding.

Video clips, text, pictorial content and speech all helped to provide information and training. Harder to remember all the different categories of fire.

Quite an interesting programme, presented in a logical order. The majority of the information has been covered in the past, but revision is always welcome.

Programme was very easy to understand and operate, I had no problems in accessing any part, it was straight forward very interesting and informative, very good website and final test included.

overall was helpful and useful to know but was quite long winded and so made it boring at times. The questions at the end of each section are good and the videos and voice over were very good too!
