I enjoyed the format of the training

At first I was apprehensive about doing the training but found the way each section had a question and mulit-choice answer attached to it got me ready for the final test of twenty questions. The information was given in a very straightforward factual way and the information given by picture and audio helped me retain the information. Having had the unfortunate experience of living in a house which was destroyed by fire several years ago, and the fact that my brother was critically ill in an intensive care unit after being trapped in the burning building I take the risks of fire very seriously indeed and appreciate the reasons it is so vital for everyone to be well informed and aware of what to do in such critical situations, so thank you very much!

This was very detailed and informative.

Because this programme can be completed in stages it was possible to reflect and absorb in my own time. Well done!

Course was good, well presented and easy to follow. Only one small criticism / observation - seemed to cover all working environments and it may be better to have a course more focussed to an office environment.

4/5
Covered the key important points.

Covered key important points. Unable to access pictures during test, therefore, unable to answer 3 questions effectively.
