It was very interesting and easy to understand. Was very frustrating that whenever I gave an incorrect answer it would go back to start of test but on the other hand this was a good thing because it meant I could go over the questions again and remember them better.

Clear instructions spoken and directed in a manner that was easy to follow. The quick tests in the middle helped to focus what you've just learnt whereas the test at the end gives you a sense of achievement of your understanding.

The programme was well set out with good clear examples. The videos were really helpful and showed exactly how to approach fires.

Interactive review of the causes and mechanics of a fire, and how to prevent and stop one. (Only issue bringing my rating from 5 to 4 stars: there seems to be a little confusion about convection and the path of travel of smoke).

Detailed course covering a number aspects, including the cause of fire, activation, signage and use of appropriate extinguishers.

Relatively quick to do with relevant information. Clearly set out and easy to use.
