Also, you might check that every question in the test is derived from well emphasised preceding pieces of advice. On a couple of occasions I found myself thinking "I don't remember that point being made, but using commonsense I reckon the answer must be.....

A must for everyone ! To me it is extremely important to be able to help all my colleagues and students in what could be a time of panic and confusion. To be able to keep calm and help guide and support everyone to a safe place. This should be compulsory for all staff and students. Well done to everyone who put this together.

There was quite a lot of content to remember. However it was simply presented and broken down into sections. The questions were also fairly easy. The different extinguishers was a bit complicated with the classes of fires but it was easy to review what had gone before.

Bit long but generally covers all areas of types of learning e.g. pictures, videos, text & audio.

Very informative programme, well structured and presented

Enjoyed the course and thought it was clear and informative. Practical clips gave a clear understanding of what to do.
