Information was presented well and the test was challenging as is necessary.
The Fire Awareness programme provides all essential information needed in a form that is easy to understand and learn at your own pace. The dialogue is plain and simple, as are the diagrams and illustrations. It's both interesting and practical - I'd be surprised if something useful wasn't learnt from this programme.

Very clear and informative. Straight forward and user friendly.
At end test page didnt load so had to click through whole thing again. Also doesnt load videos on android tablets although videos on other sites always load just fine. Might be worth updating so can be used on range of devices not just a pc.
easy to understand and follow
maybe 50 questions will be good 20 was not enough ,the repeating was good as some people not take it in first time maybe a small booklet handed out may be good
