The videos were slow and needed to buffer a lot, when I watched the videos it didn't register that I had watched them at least twice which meant I had to watch all the videos three times before the programme acknowledged I had watched them and let me move onto the test. Very time consuming.

I found the section on different Fire extinguishers particularly important and useful, in particular the dangers of using the wrong extinguisher. In a crisis without prior knowledge it would be an easy mistake in using the wrong fire extinguisher with potentially life threatening consequences.

The programme is very informative and full of visual imagery. The film footage helped my learning process and the presenter gave clear, practical instruction. I would recommend this this course to anyone interested in this subject area.

Helps staff remember the basic fire awareness rules

This online course was clear to understand and follow, although sometimes the final questions can seem trivial yet more important points are not checked.

It was good to have a reminder regarding which extinguishers to use but I think mostly this is all common sense
