Was able to understand and complete without any problems.

Good training for updates, clear to understand, however some topics cover are not up to date e.g extinguisher colours, and codes.

Easy to understand course which has been well presented with clear practical demonstrations and graphics.

it was engaging and thorough, I learnt things that I genuinely did not know previously.

The sound quality at the start of each section was poor - sometimes very loud, sometimes quiet or the sound would fade out completely. The first section seemed a bit daunting in some respects - types of fire spread etc. made me think it was going to be hard going. But later sections were much more basic. An odd mix, I thought.

Very informative and easy to understand. Would recommend this training programme.

this is a good reminder to all from young to old, the danger of fire's and how easy it can escalate and harm . We do forget the correct way to deal with this, and the correct measures to take.
