I Believe Every three Months One Should Refresh On Those Health And safety Issues.

This training was poor as no videos or text came up in the training

It seemed to cover most of the relevant topics and a lot of the information was clear and succinct. However, the subtitles could do with proof reading and in one instance, please see my email sent separately, the text was misleading and perhaps potentially dangerous.

good presentation, but having poor IT skills, i prefer reading/not listening as had to keep going back, and didn't always take me back to where i wanted to be

enjoyed the course and learnt new important skills around the worst thing fire everyone should do this couse

The last section was a little long

This is probably nothing to do with your programme but it did stop and "buffer" a lot which meant that 45 minute session became 1 hour and 35 minutes. This may well be our IT not your website. Apart from that it was easy to follow and I like the fact that you can go back over any sections which you may not be as sure about.

Good refresher course but live training is better absorbed.

Easy to follow and go back to areas in query.

Whilst the training was, in parts, extremely informative and detailed, some of the information was repeated and seemed a little unnecessary.
