The information given was clear and informative.
I found this program educational although a lot of it is common sense. I did find the Fire section slighter harder with more inportant information to take in and think maybe more tests could have been included along the way, especailly the fire types and extinguishers to be used.
A good reminder of the key points relating to fire safety and evacuation procedures, and a very useful demonstration on the use of fire extinguishers

Clear and concise instructions. Explained the importance of correct identification of a fire and also how to understand the correct way to respond i.e. correct procedures to follow, correct extinguisher, signs to follow.
