Good clear training but would prefer person to person / group training where it is hands-on as this helps to give confidence in using fire extinguishers and to discuss problems and real-life events.

Some areas are good but a lack of ability to take prior knowledge in to account and very slow nature of explanations can become frustrating.

Clear instructions. Straight to the point with a good delivery. It was excellent to see how to use the extinguishers.

Easy to use, information clearly explained, units easy to navigate.

very useful and should be undertaken by every employee for both professional and personnel awareness

I enjoy doing this course as it reminds us how important it is to have an idea of how to react and act if an emergency occurs, this course does that
