Able to follow in busy office environment. Questions at end of sections helped with test. Clear and logical steps were easily absorbed.
Very informative and brought to thinking things I wouldn't have thought to think about and act upon in a fire. Especially impressed with the detailed information on the different types of extinguishers, have not learnt about this since High School and could not remember them.
Excellent refresher as well as training resource. Not too easy but forgot the percentage figure for business lost through fire!!!!.
On the test - when selecting your answer you should have a next button to advance... twice my mouse hit my keyboard and I selected the wrong answer.
