It condensed a vast amount of information in a way that made it easy to comprehend.

Never wanted to stop when i started and i enjoy from begining to the end.

The training is very clear and delivered as simply as possible. Gives a lot of important information but the pace of instruction is good and allows you chance to re-cap. Provides awareness of potential dangers and how to react clearly and calmly. The questions interspersed checks your understanding before taking the final test which is given in the same format.

Easy to follow, imparted a lot of useful information and did not take too long to complete

It was easy to follow and educational. I learned things which I was not aware off which will help me if needed.

Overall the program uses a variety of learning tools to assist in understanding and remembering fire awareness.

Running this programme on a laptop, there were a number of issues based on the optimal screen resolution. The videos would play, and audio could be heard, but could only be viewed by clicking the full screen option. This had to be done for every video, stopping the flow of the training. There also did not appear to be a quick and convenient way to address the problem at the start of the training that would stay in place for the whole exercise. Some of the answer boxes on the quiz also locked and could not be selected, meaning that the question had to be refreshed in order to progress

This is a valuable training programme that well explains fire hazards and how to deal with them. You need to concentrate fully on the programme if you are to get the best out of it and do well in the test.

Unfortunately software froze on my first attempt in the spot hazard section, I had completed warehouse and office but would not allow me to exit the back arrow was missing. It didn't recognise me when I tried to log in as an existing user so had to re do previously completed sections. It worked fine on second attempt and was very informative, thank you. just to let you know it also froze when a colleague used the software.Mike
