Its OK,

But feel that this should be a practical course not theoretical. Also as a lay person, do need to be bothered by EN nubers and codes for the design of fire extinguishers?

A valuable and interesting syllabus

Creates a good learning curve and is very informative.

Clear, informative, well presented!

The programme covers everything you need to understand the importance of how fire can affect you and your colleagues. You really do think twice about jumping in and doing something that may be dangerous if done incorrectly. The decision to use fire extinguishers is also very important and a lot needs to be considered in a short space of time. Really good background knowledge, thank you.

I enjoyed but it neede more tthan 45 min

The course was informative and enjoyable but it needed significantly more that the 45 minutes guide indicated. A lot of information and some of the graphics were less that useful especially tables showing different types of extinguisher. Unfortunately my organisation have restrictions on our technology that will not allow audio this I think distracts from courses of this sort.

excellent, covers all possible points

detailed, good timing, and test review most critical questions

Clear, engaging and easy to complete.

I learned things I didn't know about the ways fire spreads, and which extinguishers do what. Hopefullt I will never need to use one but I feel better prepared.
