An excellent way to learn about fire safety, awareness and procedure in a comfortable, easily comprehended and convenient manner.

Effective and easy to do. Quite long though with a lot to take in.

A very in depth training program which tells you exactly what you need to know. Also a very good refreshing aid for someone like myself who has done many fire training classes in previous employments.

The videos were good, and also the subtitles.

It is good stuff, but how often have you had to evacuate because of a real fire, let alone have to tackle one? I scored 100% in the test, but the test simply assesses whether you have been paying attention and not whether you are retaining the information: I think I would score much lower if I took the test again in a month's time. Like a home or motor insurance policy - how much detail can you remember six months after taking it out?

How can you make such an important subject so uninteresting and forgettable?

I had to re-do section one three times to get completion to register, which was time consuming. Other than that, worked great.

Found its common sense approach easy to follow. Done in a way that is easy to follow and retain basic knowledge.
