A very helpful and easy to follow programme. The initial questions following each topic were very helpful for self check although I had mistakenly taken them to be the Exam. I couldn't personally ask for more, how easy and convenient it was for me to be able to carry out the training while doing my work at the same time -reception. Thank you so much..

Useful summary of fire hazards, types of fire and how to deal with them. Clearly defined the dangers of fire and the necessity of using the correct equipment and identifying the type of fire being dealt with.

it covered every aspect very clearly

Way too basic. Then sometimes too detailed for what I need - ie when certain leglisation came in etc. Too slow. I felt like it was designed solely to get organisations out of legal battles should someone be harmed in a fire.

Good programme covering all fire safety issues, hazards & best practice

This is a very important subject for everyone in the workplace. There is a lot information in this training course to take on board and the suggested 45 min completion time is, in my opinion, not long enough to do it justice.
