The training was well Organised, it included many useful details. The videos were really helpful.

There is a lot of useful information but I think it would be better to concentrate on the essentials and present it in a less complicated way. For instance it's not necessary to know the name of the chemical reaction involved in starting a fire (combustion) in order to react safely in the case of a fire. Concentrate on what people need to know and what they need to do in an emergency. It would also be better if the information on which type of fire extinguisher to use on each type of fire could be more simply presented, starting with the type of fire (eg electrical) rather than the type of extinguisher. The section on identifying the hazards in the picture of the office was good. The

I liked this training...as it was a refresher it refreshed my knowledge on what to do if there is a fire.

Very informative and easy to follow and understand .

I really liked the presentation i.e. slides with accompanying audio. This style makes absorbing the content and key-concepts, so much easier and makes for an effective approach to train employees. I really enjoyed taking the course.
