This is a good programme as it explains very well what to do in the event of a fire.

Very long very detailed on what each extinguisher does / does not cover. Used wording which may be difficult for some to comprhend.

For the fire awareness training I thought the multimedia approach was particularly good and I found the video on how to open and operate the fire extinguisher particularly useful.

Interesting

The only improvement I would make is to ensure there are no videos in the test. I was grateful for the subtitles during the programme itself however the video in the test would not load properly.

Would be useful to have the program flow through the training videos rather than continually stop. The arrows are good to navigate but seem a bit stilted for the program to move onto the next section

Clear, concise, informative

I appear to have done loads of these training modules with different companies, but this one was quite interesting and interactive enough that you didn't just skip to the end to do the final questions!
