Easy to understnad and informative
Lots of information & well delivered.
The video's broke up in places so it was quite hard to understand what was being said when this was happening.
I personally do not agree with on - line training; There are no two way answer and questions available. Other employers do not accept them as valid training making the certificates worthless.
It been a good training, useful and rich of informations then everyone should know.
It was certainly a useful learning experience. However I fell asleep during one of the videos, while I was sitting in front of my computer. It must have been the soothing voice of the gentleman giving the presentation...
An excellent well presented training programme. Straight forward documentation, along with a clear and concise training schedule. Nothing to feel frightened of, this is an invaluable learning presentation for not just at work, but also for your own home. One day, it could save not only your life, but your families and or work colleagues lives too!
