The training was very educative. I now know a lot of information about Fire Awareness and I highly recommend that all my colleagues in my work environment undertake this training because it will benefit them greatly. I have come to know the causes of fire, what causes them, different approaches to extinguishing fire (using different types of Fire Extinguishers), procedures for escalating emergency call out to responsible people etc.

I`ve had a lot of trouble getting on to this. I have now completed it two times but it is not acknowledging that I have completed it.

Details of error: Section 5: Extinguishers Slide 7 of 13: Dry Powder Extinguisher At 00:19 of the video, the narrator correctly mentions that dry powder extinguishers remove oxygen from the fire triangle, but the video show the "Heat" side of the triangle being removed.Regards

Very informative and very useful. A must to all employees.

The course was very user friendly

Informative but does what is said verbally really need to be repeated on an additional slide? IT -wise, the slides kept spinning and having to be restarted.

I recently did online fire safety training with another organisation. It was confusing and contained lots of information that was not relevant or practical. This training was clear and contained only useful information. It also tested me adequately on what had been learned without asking questions about things that hadn't actually been covered. I liked it.

Had the same problem as last time I took this training, that being, quite a few of the video clips didn't work! The only way to see what I should be informed about, was to use the subtitles, and hope there wasn't anything in the video that wasn't in the subtitles! I made this comment last time but obviously nothing has been done about it or any recommendations made about how to overcome the problem.
