To the point, not too many "ifs and buts", concise - gets the points across.

I found the programme really useful and easy to follow, the main presenter is well spoken and very clear. The fireman's accent was a little difficult to follow and it sounded like he swallowed some of his words, however, there was a written summary at each slide which assisted in fully understanding the content. I think the material is very well presented and caters to all learning styles which is great for the user. Thank you.

Comprehensive. Well presented. Good to see fire extinguishers in action - that was very useful. Any practical information and advice is very useful.
