Holistic yet detailed overview of what matters, brought in a way that is easily understandable and memorable. One small error: in the video, it is explained for one of the fire extinguisher types (can't remember which one), that it functions by removing oxygen from the fire triangle. However, the video removes the heat bar...
The course content is arranged to keep the viewer involved and provides some of the important messages in a number of ways - audio, visual, question and answer, which aids getting the message across. Very useful refresher training on the topic.
Use of audio visual and subtitles very helpful. Explanation of fire extinguishers rather lengthy though understand necessity.
EASILY UNDERSTOOD
I knew a lot of the information but it plugged gaps in my knowledge. It was just a bit irritating when I did the test because I picked an answer by mistake when the cursor ran over it. The second time I moved up the edge of the screen to avoid this happening. Could it be made less sensitive?
