The sections were brief but detailed enough for you to follow and gain the information that you need to be aware.

A good course to go on, it is important to understand how to control a fire - it is always an emergency

I found this training very informative and useful, not only for the work place but also at home. There were some very important facts about fire safety and prevention that I was not aware of and should have know!

A very concise and informative programme. There was quite a lot of detail concerning fire extinguishers that I was completely unaware of so on that basis alone, it was very useful.

The opportunity to review the process in this sort of detail is very worthwhile

This appears to be the same course as I took in 2012, as a refresher course it was to long and it was difficult to maintain focus when you literally had heard it all before. I would have benefited from a short interactive reminder and more questions. this would have highlighted my current level of understanding and the areas where more detailed information would have been useful. The refresher part could have indicated legislation changes during the past 12 months. So as to make sure that my knowledge was current.
