Easy to follow; simple instructions and clear videos and information. also like the fact I can revise by re-taking to reinforce information I hadn't retained

Fire awareness training gave all the necessary information and was very helpful. I would like to see the ability to save, as a file, the certificate for people who don't have access to a printer and need to print at a later time.

I found this training programme to be very much better than I had feared. The videos were well presented, informative and interesting. Not only do I think that this is a good programme for staff, but it would also be a very effective teaching tool for vocational courses where there is a large Health and Safety element that includes fire awareness - e.g. Motor Vehicle courses.

All instructions and information was set out very clearly and it was good to be able to go along at one's own rate.

Clear and concise guide as to what the risks and requirements are for an individual

It made me understand the importance of fire and how important it is in a work environment.
