The presentation was very good. Breaking the programme up into sections was very helpful and the timings were accurate.

This provided a concise but useful level of training that I will find beneficial in the workplace.

I found this programme easy to navigate and very informative. Overall very useful.

Informative, easy to follow, pertinent and well presented.

It struck me as being well put together, well structured and used the show and tell principles of presentation very well. It wasn't overly detailed to the extent that you lose interest and get bored and the questions at the end of each section keep you on your toes and aware at all times while watching the separate sections.

This is a good well balanced training programme that kept me interested all the way through. My only worry was that with some of the longer sections whether I would rember enough to pass the test!!
