A very clear, well structured set of informative/explanatory points and instructions. The pace is set correctly. The is a good balance of slides and short film presentations. The interim recall tests are useful, but might ask more than one question. The identification of fire hazards in office and warehouse might include a search element, locating the hazard before the type of hazard is highlighted- or remove the hazard types until they have been indicated on the image.

Easy to use, not patronizing, well structured and understandable.

This is too long and often sounds like "The Office". It could be simplified without sounding patronising, with really important stuff made clearer. The videos are ponderous and the whole thing could use better graphics and a livelier voice-over. I know its heart is in the right place, but it really needs modernising, otherwise people will cheat and fast-forward through it.

I found the Training Programme to be very informative and very easy to follow , it held my attention for the duration . The videos showing which fire extinguisher to use for each type of fire were very useful , i would certainly recommend this to my friends and colleagues.
