I found the Fire Safety Awareness Training to be very informative. The type of fire extinguisher to use on a particular type of fire, and the correct method of using a fire extinguisher, has been explained to me many times, however, the sections dealing with the fire triangle, conduction, convection and radiation and the types of signage I found to be particularly useful. Overall I found the course to be very informative, easy to follow and understand, with excellent video presentations and graphics.
Tasks and video presented are good and explained in simple term.
The training was useful, informative and practical. The test questions were related to the training given and, mostly, tested knowledge that would be genuinely useful in the event of a fire
Keep up the good work
Clear and informative
The training did exactly as I thought. I wasn't able to pause the chart though to see which types of fire I could use with which extinguisher. I liked the 'A' for Ash. I also used 'B' for 'Bliquid', 'C' for 'Cas', 'D' for 'Detal', Electrical and finally 'F' for 'Fats' but maybe there are better ones for people to remember?! The questions I found most difficult were the what colour were the signs and what their respective names were e.g. Warning is yellow but I used a bit of common sense. Thanks.
An excellent way to inform staff about fire within the workplace. Can be completed without the need to remove individuals from their desk. Provides clear and concise guidance with the ability to 'go back' if anything is not clear. Love the fact that you get instant results/answers on the questions/test and also that a certificate is available at the end.
