Content is good...but ugly presentation

The content is fine, and the videos are also good, but I am hoping you have updated it since the 2010 version that I viewed.A interactive disk is something I would have expected in the 90s. Up the resolution, remove the terrible slow transitions and gradients, and put it online (if you haven't done so). Also even this comment form is putting my comments in terrible italics (I am assuming because someone thought it would seem like handwriting), this can also be fixed.Thanks.

The programme was well put together.

The programme I found very informative and not to complicated. It covers all the basics you need to know without going in too deep and becoming heavy and possibly boring.

What a good training programme the Fire Awareness has been. Good format with clear informative graphics and plain English explanations, well explained video demonstrations make for easier and involving learning. Well done.

Material presented in a variety of ways

Have done this resource and whilst the content is the same as I remember, the graphics, photographs and animation now help to make the content that much clearer and user friendly. Also like the fact you have lost the rather clunky navigation buttons which occupied a lot of the space in earlier versions.
