Its really good to have a refresher training course. I thought this was very useful

The training programme provided valuable fire safety information in a concise way. The test at the end was helpful to diagnose any weaknesses during the course of the programme.

Introduced me well to the basics of fire and fire fighting and evacuation procedures. I was made aware of things I didn't know about fires.

Good session, easy to understand and good that you can go over sections again just to clarify or if you are disturbed during it.

Covers all of the basics - however, also covers some areas irrelevant to most, such as the names of heat transfer; knowing that heat transferred through metal is called conduction is hardly likely to help anyone in a fire situation at work. One of the answers to the test is also incorrectly marked: you can't mark convection as incorrect as a mechanism of smoke spread, that's ridiculous.

I found the training easy to follow and understand. I completed it quickly and only had to have two attempts at the test before getting 100%. I find e-learning suits me well.

Excellent programme with clearly defined sections. A nice mix of talking and observation
