great training easy to follow
Lots of the videos didn't work but I used the subtitles. But it meant I couldn't see the pictures. I think the questions to answer weren't bad.
This course enabled me to better understand the science behind a fire and I am now more confident in the correct steps to take when faced with a fire.
A great programme - very clear and to the point. I particularly liked the short videos which showed how to use each extinguisher - good to see it in action.
Great system, really easy to understand and follow and all the information given is clear.
Some of the videos/ pictures couldn't work because of a "domain access" problem, which is why I got one answer wrong.
Enjoyed completing this fire awareness in the workplace course, learnt lots of new things especially about what to do and which extinguishers to use.
The course is really informative and educative
The illustrated aural version with a written summary reinforced learning. All porcedures were explained and were easy to understand.
